As young holiday goers, we loved the fantastic location of this hotel. It was just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore in the city. Despite being located near the Red Light District, the hotel is peacefully situated on a quiet canal, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. The rooms are clean and well-designed, with coffee machines and comfortable beds.
While the hotel had many facilities to meet guests' needs, some areas of the hotel could use improvement, such as the lack of ironing facilities in the room.

The location of this hotel was amazing - within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do during our Christmas vacation. The room we stayed in had a lovely view and was cozy and comfortable for the two of us. The bed was especially comfortable, giving us a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The staff were also friendly and helpful, responding promptly to our requests.
There were a number of disappointments. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

Recently stayed at Hotel Mai for a city break in Amsterdam. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the "Honestly bar" was a great touch, allowing us to help ourselves to drinks and pay later. The rooms were quiet, with comfortable beds and a variety of pillow options. The convenient location near the train station, restaurants, and shops made exploring the city a breeze, and the overall safety of the area was reassuring. Highly recommended!
