24-hour front desk made our late-night arrival stress-free. The concierge service went above and beyond to recommend hidden gems. The buffet breakfast was a delightful treat, with an array of options to fuel our Amsterdam adventures.

Lack of daily cleaning

On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with directions. This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, flat-screen TV. I keep coming back for a city break.

As young holiday goers, we loved the fantastic location of this hotel. It was just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore in the city. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful and well-equipped bathroom. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep.

We had a great stay in a long time. Everything was good, even so we stayed for 1 night only. The location was favourable, just a short walk away from a maritime museum. The breakfast was satisfactory and tasty with lots of options.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were polite. The location was ideal, around 10-15 minutes walk from Madame Tussauds Amsterdam Wax Museum. They had a fast check-in.

Our stay was a fairly nice experience. We stayed in the a double room, a short walk to Nieuwmarkt metro station, just 10 minutes on foot.

At this hotel, you'll find yourself within walking distance of popular tourist destinations and central transportation hubs. Despite being located near the Red Light District, the hotel is peacefully situated on a quiet canal, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. The rooms are clean and well-designed, with coffee machines and comfortable beds.

While the hotel had many facilities to meet guests' needs, some areas of the hotel could use improvement, such as the lack of ironing facilities in the room.

I appreciated the place, GREAT location and atmosphere. Bed was comfortable, I enjoyed it. Early check-in was a bonus.

The room I had definitely should be cleaned on a daily basis.

Ideal base for staying in the middle of Amsterdam

The location of this hotel was amazing - within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do during our Christmas vacation. The room we stayed in had a lovely view and was cozy and comfortable for the two of us. The bed was especially comfortable, giving us a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The staff were also friendly and helpful, responding promptly to our requests.

There were a number of disappointments. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

Ideal location next to a beautiful canal just steps from the central station with great transportation options. The hotel was always clean with a lovely and delicious breakfast provided.

This place has everything I could ask for! The location is amazing, right in the centre of the city and really close to transportation. The room amenities are top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the dining options are excellent.

Recently stayed at Hotel Mai for a city break in Amsterdam. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the "Honestly bar" was a great touch, allowing us to help ourselves to drinks and pay later. The rooms were quiet, with comfortable beds and a variety of pillow options. The convenient location near the train station, restaurants, and shops made exploring the city a breeze, and the overall safety of the area was reassuring. Highly recommended!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was cozy and modern, with a flat-screen TV for winding down after a long day. As a family traveler, it felt like a home away from home.

I personally found the rainfall showerhead a bit too intense for my liking.
